Meet The Herd

12 year old grade quarter horse named duke. He is a gelding is a bay roan with one eye but don’t worry, he is not missing it. He was born that way. He is tried and true, a very solid horse. He loves carrots and cuddles

Levi is a 13-year-old AQHA quarter horse gelding. He is a beautiful palomino with two white socks. He comes from a long lineage of Leather N Denim skips escapades, and silent tagalong. He is friendly and willing to please.

Darlin' is a five-year-old miniature silver dapple bay mare. She is great with children. She loves following us around the stable and playing with our lab, Ruger, our golden doodle Blakley and our cat, Bonnie .

In December, we received a call from a mutual acquaintance asking us to intercept a horse going to the kill pen. We surprisingly took delivery on Moose. He is a quarter-horse thoroughbred mix and stands 18 hands high. He is happy and willing to do whatever is asked of him. He has a craving for peppermints and watermelon.

In February of 2024, we rescued a 6-year-old red dun gelding. He is a Baskin, a Russian breed, that is hypoallergenic and curly. He was left in a field without contact with other horses and was severely underfed. He needed to gain over 500 pounds when he came to us. We introduced him to our herd and he quickly fit in and has enjoyed his new family. He is playful, gentle, and learning how to be under saddle.
